Quality management for Australian civil contractors

Know what is claim‑ready before claim day.

On a civil job, the proof is what gets paid. CIVOS keeps the ITPs, hold points, tests, NCRs and photos on the lot they prove, as the job runs, so claim day starts from what is already proven.

We're onboarding a select group of founding partners to run CIVOS on live projects and shape what we build next. Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day.

How it runs

One lot, followed through a month.

This is the card the quality manager sees for every lot on the job, every day. Scroll the month and watch it clear as the work gets proven.

How it startsDay 1

Set up the lots from what you already have.

Bring your ITPs across, start from the state-spec-mapped templates, or build your own. Lots sit on a control line with chainages. A real project sets up in an afternoon.

Lot register
The lot register: every lot with its activity, status, days open, subcontractor and budget
Every morningThe crew

ITP checks get closed on the phone, on the lot, offline.

The foreman opens the day's lot, works the inspection items in order, takes the photo, writes the diary. It syncs when the ute gets signal. The item that needs the superintendent is locked, and says so.

The foreman's phone home: today's diary, lots, dockets to approve, issues, drawings and a take-a-photo button

Every pourThe hold point

The superintendent releases it from an email link.

They open a secure link with the checklist, tests and photos attached, choose the outcome and sign. No account, no app. The release is timestamped against the lot, and the record shows who did the work and who checked it.

What the superintendent sees
The secure release page: the hold point's evidence package, test results, photos, and a record-decision panel with a signature box
Any afternoonWhat's left

Every lot shows what is stopping it.

Open a lot and the answer is on the first screen: which checks are open, which tests have no result, which hold points are waiting, and whether it can go on a claim. It is the view that otherwise gets built by hand from exports.

Lot · evidence readiness
A lot page with its evidence readiness: conformance blocked, the checklist items and tests outstanding listed, claim not ready
Claim dayClaim-ready

The claim starts from what is already proven.

Test results and certificates land on the lot through the month, so by claim day the lot's readiness already says which lots are conformed. Lots that are not show as not claim-ready before the claim goes out, with the value they hold back. The claim pack is the evidence the crew already gathered on the lot.

Progress claims
Progress claims: the value blocked from claiming split into not conformed and ITP checklist incomplete, and a draft claim

The drawings you were issued sit on the map, registered to survey control. Scrub the model back to any day and see what was conformed, what was in progress and what had not started.

What lands on the lot.

One record per lot. Each module below writes to it, or to the project it belongs to, so there is no second system to reconcile later.

What CIVOS will not do.

Call anything “audit-ready”.We format documents to match what authority reviewers expect, and stop there.
